Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Because everything is made and handled by me in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy drops.
Pieces are made in small batches and released in limited drops. Once a drop sells out, restocks depend on time, capacity, and whether that piece or glaze is part of the ongoing collection.
Each piece is handmade, which means natural variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of the process. Clay bodies stay consistent, while staple glazes remain part of the core collection. Seasonal glazes may be more limited and can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Shipping within Canada is offered for a limited window (1–2 days) around select drops. When shipping is available, it will be clearly noted on the site.
Yes! All orders can be picked up at Kōbō Collective (615 David Street, Unit 2, Victoria, BC). After placing your order, I’ll be in touch to arrange a pickup time. Feel free to leave a note at checkout if you have preferences around date or time.
At this time, I don’t offer returns. Exchanges are welcome, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Please reach out if your piece arrives damaged. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Replacement pieces may take up to 8 weeks, depending on available stock and production timelines.
